Private room/half bathroom

Hi there! I’m looking for a female to take my month-to-month lease in a 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms house, available from June 15th. You will be living with 2 other females in their early 30s. No pets allowed I’m sorry!

The room is spacious, and there is a half-bathroom (sink/toilet/storage) for your use. You will be sharing the shower with one other tenant in the bathroom upstairs.

The kitchen is well-equipped, including dishwasher and pantry, also laundry and dryer. There is a lot of storage, garden and there is plenty of street parking.

The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and the location is incredible! Walking distance to downtown, public transportation, amenities, supermarkets (Nob Hill, Ranch 99, Marshall’s, etc), gym, Cuesta park and well connected to highways. Also, biking around is great!

Rent is 1255, deposit 1155, pg&e and WiFi bills are shared. We can schedule video tour or you can come and visit, as you prefer.
