It is a full 3Bed/2Bath (1200sqft) with a nice living-room, dining-room, kitchen, and external terrace with additional storage. The rent is $1,250 with utilities included! The room will become available on June 1st.

- The room is partially furnished. Our roommate will leave a bed and a desk you can keep if needed.
- The apartment has washer/dryer for your convenience.
- Nice complex with 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, 2 gyms, BBQ grill, pool tables, and plenty of green/common areas.
- Plenty of parking within the complex.
- Walk to downtown Mountain View, Caltrain and VTA stations, Google, LinkedIn and Apple campus. Even though it is located in the heart of Mountain View, the neighborhood is pretty quiet.
About you:
- We are looking for someone responsible and professional with steady income and a healthy lifestyle.
- The bathroom will be shared with a female roommate, so we are hoping to find someone mindful and with good hygiene.
- No smoking. Light cooking. Sorry, no pets.
About us:
- Both of us are techies and work at Google! We are friendly and would be happy to engage in interesting conversations, but we are also respectful of each others time, privacy and space.
