- 1 year lease.- All utilities will be split equally, $100-$150 a month (Internet, PGE, Trash, and Water). Background credit and check will be run.
- 1 car to share garage parking with 2 other cars on a rotational basis. While 2 cars park inside, the other park outside in one of the guest spaces. If you have 2 cars, the OTHER car must park OUTSIDE all the time.
