Retired female w/large townhouse next to Great Mall. I’m quiet, clean, friendly, easy going and hoping to find one person of a similar nature. Renting the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, both a walk-in and a double sliding door closet for lot’s of storage. The bedroom is upstairs away from the main living area and very private. The rent includes all utilities, use of the washer/dryer, No big cooking but microwave, air fryer and Keurig ok and available in kitchen, garage parking spot. No drugs, No work from home, No overnight guests. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood close to 680, 880 and 237 for easy commute with Bart, Light Rail and Buses also close by. Lots of stores, restaurants and movie theater at the Great Mall within walking for eating and entertainment options. Several neighborhood parks and a huge pool with two jacuzzis. The homes layout affords so much privacy we hardly see each other. Looking for someone who wants someplace to call home so not interested in short term. If this sounds good to you, let’s talk!
