Introverts Haven

My husband (a software programmer) and I live in a large 5 bedroom home in Milpitas with 2 female room mates. We are looking for one additional room mate who would appreciate our quiet environment with kind housemates. We mostly keep to ourselves although we have enjoyed spending holidays together (Thanksgiving, July 4th etc.) We have a full kitchen downstairs and a kitchenette upstairs, a laundry room with a large capacity washer/dryer, an EV charger and parking in front of our home. We have an entire room dedicated to our collection of board games and enjoy doing puzzles. The room we have to rent has a super comfy King-sized bed, a desk, reading chair, walk in closet and a small electric fireplace. We call it the Zen room as it is the farthest room from the rest of the home. We have a swimming pool, hot tub, gas BBQ, fire pit and lovely peaceful back yard. I have Daisy, an 11 year old Maltipoo (15 pounds) who adores everyone and my daughter who is often here visiting brings Squishie, her 6 year old Labradoodle. We have an ADU in our backyard where Grandma and my son (also a programmer) live. Our new room mate would be sharing a large double sink bathroom with one other room mate. I am the founder and recently retired CEO of The Family Giving Tree, and have now started another nonprofit, Kindness is Magic. As we truly value our comfortable environment, I would appreciate doing a FaceTime call before having a prospective room mate come tour our home. We are 3 miles from Tesla, 4 from the Great Mall but not very close to public transportation.
