Smoking outside, no drugs and no pets. No overnight guest. Light cooking ONLY. RENT FOR EACH ROOM is $1,100 a month.

First tenant, utilities will be divided by two. Second tenant utilities will be divided by three for PGE, WiFi, Water and trash bills. Weekly cleaning of the shared bathroom is a must. $1,100 refundable deposit is required.

Prospective renters pay $30 fee for a renter application with your credit report, criminal background check and eviction record. We are looking for a 12 month term or longer.
