I have a room available in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The bathroom is just accross the hall, is not shared, and rarely have any guests over.

I'm chill and keep to myself, and keep common areas clean.

** There is full-kitchen access and a private storage closet for the room as well **

+ Lux package room (safe package deliveries if your not home)

~Full sized Washer/Dryer in-unit!

Water, sewage, trash included in the current rental amount which fluctuates.

I am negotiable on price if it's within the range of property income ( they only require 2.2x your half of the rent to be approved or valid offer letter of employment ).

**Electric and wifi are separate and would be split between us. But room has its own wifi hook-ups if you want your own**
