1 Bedroom w/ private bathroom in "Edge Apartment"

Hi there! I'm looking for a house-mate to fill an unfurnished private bedroom w/ bathroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in a newly built (only 1 years old!) complex. The place is next to the Great Mall and across the street from a newly opened BART station.

The rent is $1,500 with a security deposit of $400, and it includes a parking spot! Utility (PG&E, water, Internet) is shared, and would come to about $50 per month.

The room is big with a large window and gets a lot of light! There is in-unit laundry, a big living room, and a big kitchen with new appliances. The apartment also has an intelligent A/C for cooling and heating the unit.

I am a working male in my late 20s, and I am looking for someone who is reasonably clean and respectful, preferably a working professional in their 20s or early 30s. I am quite easy going and ok with gatherings if the common areas are kept clean.

There are quite a few amenities, such as a gym, pool, etc, which should be usable soon.
