Short Term - Private room in large Palo Alto home

Hello,

This is a short-term 2 month rental - The first month (August) will be $880 (further discounted depending on when you move in) and the second month will be at $1080.

We are renting a room in a large 5 bedroom home in Palo Alto. You would live with 4 other roommates all of whom are either students or professionals. The house has 2 stories (this room is on the second story) which both have living rooms.

The house has a washer/dryer and also has a large garage which has a communal work out area with a barbell, weight bench, and 140 pounds in weight plates (great if you like working out as gyms are closed).

You would be sharing 1 bathroom with 3 other roommates. The room itself is fairly large and has two storage spaces on opposite ends however it does not have a physical door (previous roommates have used curtains/other barriers). Everyone is clean, respectful and quiet so we would like someone similar to fill the room.

The house is very centrally located and close to Safeway, 7-Eleven, and a small shopping center with various other stores/restaurant, access to the 101 highway is easy, and downtown Palo Alto is about 5 minutes away.
