Private Room for Rent – North San Jose / Berryessa

We are looking for one professional female to rent a private room in our single-family home in the North San Jose/Berryessa area, close to Milpitas.

We are a family of 5 and are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and comfortable living in a family household.

Rent: $1,500/month

The $100 utility fee includes electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, laundry use, and use of the home’s central heating and AC.

Light cooking is allowed, such as preparing simple meals, reheating food, making breakfast, sandwiches, pasta, rice, salads, or quick stovetop meals. We just ask to avoid frequent heavy cooking or cooking that creates strong/lingering odors inside the main kitchen.

For frying or heavier cooking, we have a separate kitchen setup on the outdoor patio that you are welcome to use.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to Seafood City, Great Mall, Costco, Safeway, 99 Ranch, Sprouts, restaurants, coffee shops, and major freeways. Great location for someone working around Milpitas, North San Jose, Berryessa, or nearby tech companies.
