The room is a large living room in a one-bedroom roomy apartment with a very comfortable new sectional sofa to sleep on. There is also a desk. The room is private meaning I don't go in there - with a bathroom w/tub & shower. Also, you have the kitchen mostly all to yourself w/full kitchen privileges. I stay in my own room all the time so it's practically like having the entire apartment all to yourself! It is very quiet here w/ nice neighbors. Walking distace yo Downtown Los Gatos and Vasona lake and trail. I am looking preferably for a student but am definitely open to professionals. I am pretty much retired and disabled though I can walk, talk and see. I am quiet, friendly and like to watcg TV and be on my computer in my room.
