Large private bedroom with bath and garage access

I'm looking for a housemate to share the current lease with me for a new 2Bed2Bath apt in the complex. If details below sound like something you would be interested in please reach out to me.

Apt details: 2 floor, loft-style, 2-bed apartment on separate floors with dedicated bathrooms, allowing for ample privacy and separation of space. Vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, in unit washer/dryer, central AC, covered parking spot ( $10/month added to monthly rent). Complex has a communal swimming pool, gym and lounge area. Rent $1900 - you will be taking over the lease for the room from July'25 which runs till end of June'26. Deposit of $200.
There is an application fee of $40 and you will need to pass a credit check, provide 3 months of play slip etc to the agency (Essex properties).

Covered car park spot - $10 (I don’t have a car and don’t need the space)
Utilities, electricity and internet isn’t included in the rent. ~100-180 depending on summer/winter electricity usage

Room (unfurnished) for rent is on the first floor with a private bathroom (first floor). You will only be sharing the common space (kitchen and living room) and the in unit washer/dryer (upstairs).

Looking for somebody who will keep the house clean and organized, make rent and utility payments on time, and respect boundaries.

I work from home 1-2 days a week. I take calls in my room and would appreciate the same from the housemate I’m petty flexible with space - would like to keep the communal space clutter free and I’m happy to get rid of anything currently in the space to make way of any personal belongings you may want to bring over. Living room is furnished (couch, chairs, coffee table) - you are welcome to use anything.
