Bedroom in a 2-bed 1-bath duplex.

If you’re a musician or are in a band and want a super convenient space to practice, this place would be perfect since it has a detached garage. (That’s why we chose it in the first place.) My band has been practicing here every Wednesday for more than a year and have had no noise complaints. We have a drum kit we keep in the garage which you may use.

You would have the small bedroom and I would be in the large bedroom. (If you want to pay a bit more and get the large bedroom, I am also open to that. Or if you want to share the bedroom with one other person.) It’s the rear unit of a duplex. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen/living room, and a laundry room. The large bedroom is about 155x131 inches plus a closet. The small bedroom is about 118x118 inches plus a closet.

If you have a car, we get a driveway space which I’ll leave for you to use. Street parking is very plentiful as well.

The property has a large grassy back yard which is great for parties or barbeque.

For appliances, the interior was fully redone right before we moved in, so all of the kitchen and bathroom stuff is very new. I also have a washer and dryer.

The duplex is in a suburb pretty close to downtown Sunnyvale and Murphy Street.

My roommate (and former bandmate) is moving away, so I need to fill the other room so I can keep living here and providing a garage for my band Bird Strike to practice in.

I’m pretty introverted, but I do have friends over every so often to drink and/or play video games. I drink a fair bit, but I don’t smoke.

Outside of work, I have a lot of random hobbies. Music (I play keyboard and harmonica), 3D Printing, game design, electronics, D&D, Magic the Gathering. So I’m usually doing one of those things. I am a vegetarian, though I don’t require that my roommate also be vegetarian.
