We are looking for a friendly, relaxed, respectful roommate to share my Campbell home. My daughter and I spend our evenings chilling in the living room most nights catching up with each other, , watching shows, reading or doing crafts. I have Board game nights occasionally with friends and enjoy cooking several nights out of the week but not every night.

I have one other renter who is an on line college student who works full time, M-F regular hours. She cooks on occasion, sometimes cooks and sometimes re heats I should say.

The bathroom is shared. All utilities including electricity, gas, water, garbage and wifi is included in rent.

Full kitchen privileges. Washer and dryer is in the garage for you to use. Bi-monthly cleaning of shared bathroom, kitchen and common areas.
