We are looking for a friendly, relaxed, respectful roommate to share my Campbell home. I have Spaghetti Board game nights and friends over occasionally and enjoy cooking several nights out of the week but not every night. But we normally have everything wrap up by 10pm.

My home is located centrally near Winchester and Payne Ave., 8 min from Santana Row, Valley Fair Mall, The Pruneyard. We are near HW 17 & 280 and 5 minutes from San Jose City College and Valley Medical Center.

I have one other renter who is an on line college student who works full time, M-F regular hours. She cooks on occasion.

The bathroom is shared. All utilities including electricity, gas, water, garbage and wifi is included in rent.

Full kitchen privileges. Washer and dryer is in the garage for you to use.
