Private room with own bathroom in San Jose

Looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 2BR / 2BA apartment in a modern apartment complex with great amenities, including a large pool, gym, guest room, office space, and BBQ area. Available immediately. Utility bills will be shared.

You will have your own bedroom and private bathroom. The apartment has a nice shared kitchen and living room. The room is unfurnished, newly built, and full of natural light.
A little about me:
I’m 26 and speak English, French, and Mandarin. I’m a fencing coach 🤺✨
Just arrived for my new job in the US.
(I was before living in France and Taiwan)

Before focusing fully on sport, I studied art in Paris, and I still love creative spaces, cinema, concerts ect... would love to share a movie night or going out with new friends from time to time !

My schedule is mostly afternoons and evenings (around 3–10 pm during the week and Saturday mornings). In the mornings I’m usually training or cooking, if you around, I’ll probably cook for you too !

I also travel quite often for competitions on weekends, so you will sometimes have the apartment to yourself.

I enjoy living with roommates and believe a good home is built on awareness, communication, and making the space comfortable for both people. Guests are welcome as long as we communicate and keep things balanced and clear !
