Within 30 minute commute of Google, Netflix, Apple, and Yahoo. Fully furnished living room and dining area with full use of the kitchen. The second bedroom has a private full bath and a large closet that spans the width of one wall. Laundry and dishwasher are in-unit. One assigned parking space included with rent. Must love cats – I have one kitty, and up to 3 pets per apartment are welcome for an added fee and monthly pet rent payable to the apartment office. Gym, dog washing station, pool, and outdoor grill areas included in the complex. Water and trash are billed based on collective use of the entire building every month, while electricity and Wi-Fi are billed separately.
