We're three young professionals in our mid-to-late 20s looking for a fourth roommate to take over one bedroom in our beautiful Sunnyvale townhouse. We've created a friendly, clean, and respectful home and are looking for someone similar to join us.

This is a 6-month lease, perfect for someone on a temporary assignment or looking for a great place while they settle into the area.

Your Private Space: The private bedroom is unfurnished, giving you a blank canvas. It includes:
● Private Bedroom: A 12' x 9' room that can fit a full-size bed and a desk.
● Shared Bathroom: An updated bathroom featuring a vanity, a toilet, and a shower/bath.
● Integrated Closet: An in-room closet for your wardrobe, plus an additional storage in the landing.
● View to the East: Overlooks the quiet community facing sunrise.

The Shared House & Amenities: The rest of our 2,082 sq. ft. home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy.
● Modern Kitchen: Upgraded with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for cooking.
● Comfortable Living Area: A spacious living room with high ceilings, a fireplace, and an attached dining area.
● Convenience: In-unit washer and dryer, an outdoor deck with extra storage, and a two-car garage along with ample street parking.
● Community Perks: A pool and hot tub are located directly in front of our house. The community is calm, with private roads and well-maintained landscaping.

Lease Details
● Move-in: March 1st, 2026.
● Lease Term: 6-month lease, ending September 1st, 2026.
● Rent: $975 + Utilities.

About Your Future Roommates: We all work in the tech/automotive space and keep a pretty standard professional schedule.
● Thomas (29): ML Engineer. Loves to travel, surf, and scuba dive.
● Tong (25): Product Designer. Enjoys cooking, coffee, and is getting into skiing recently.
● Gabe (26): Simulation Specialist. Big on hitting the gym and gaming.
