I have a room available for rent starting Oct 15 in a cozy 4-bedroom house located in San Jose, just minutes from downtown.

Room Details:
- Private room and private bathroom (bathroom is outside/adjacent to the room)
- Furnished room
- All bills are included in the rent
- Shared living spaces with 4 responsible, clean, and working adults
- Two friendly and well-behaved cats live in the house

The ideal tenant should be:
- Tidy, clean, and responsible
- Respectful of shared living spaces and housemates
- Comfortable living with cats. -light cooking preferred

Deposit:
- A deposit of $500 is required to secure the room. -$180 non-refundable cleaning fee due at move-in. This fee covers the professional deep cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom after move-out, ensuring they are ready for the next tenant.
House rules: No pets/no smoking/no parties (special occasions fine e. j birthday). Overnight guests max 3 times per month.
