I’m looking for someone to take over my room and lease in a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in San Jose. The other bedroom will also be occupied by a new tenant around the same time, beginning of Oct.

Move-in & payment details:

Monthly rent: $1,250 + PG&E & Internet
Security deposit: $1,500

Move-in date: on or after October 1, 2026
First month’s rent is due October 1.

Security deposit can be paid before move-in or on October 1.

This is a lease takeover, so the new tenant will need to qualify and be approved for the lease.
