💰 Security Deposit: One month’s rent
💡 Utilities: Split equally among all housemates.

House Guidelines

* One female occupant only
* No pets
* Smoke-free home (no smoking inside the house )
* No parties or overnight guests
* The house follows a shared cleaning schedule, and household chores are divided equally among all residents.
* We’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and values a peaceful shared living environment.

Application Process

If it seems like a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-person tour of the house.
After the tour, we’ll arrange a short video call with all the housemates so everyone has a chance to meet you.
As a shared household, we make the final decision together to ensure it’s a good fit for everyone.
