Hi! I'm looking for a female renter to take over a private room in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Downtown San Jose.
Details:
*Availability: as soon as possible (March rent is paid for, only need to pay deposit for move-in)
*Lease is month to month
*Living room is fully furnished with a TV, Couch, etc.
*Kitchen is stocked with up to date appliances (fridge-freezer combo + dishwasher)
*Shared bathroom

*Rent: $1,090/month for a single (one months rent deposit due at move-in)

*Electricity: $20–$40/month (varies)
Location:
*~3 minute walk to SJSU
*10-minute drive to Target, Trader Joe’s, Airport, Walmart

*Designated parking spot on-site, also lots of street parking with a permit
*No on-site laundry but there is a laundry mat a five minute walk away
Future Housemates:
