27 North Apartments is the most modern and secure apartment that is closest to San Jose State University. It is one block away with 3 minutes of walking to campus. Rent will only be from the 1st of September, and the earliest day you can move in is Aug. 27. Rent always starts on the 1st of every month. The lease ends on July 31, 2020.

It?s a 2br 2ba apartment unit on the 6th floor. The layout is shown in the pictures. At the moment, 2 people occupy the room on the right. I pay $1024 per month and that will be the rent price as well when you take over. The roommate also pays their own $1024. This is a double occupancy only; no private single occupancy.

The reason why it is $1024 per person is because if your roommate decides to leave halfway through the lease, you don?t have to foot their bill as well, you just worry about your $1024 a month.

All the doors are locked electronically and can only be unlocked by the key fob you receive once you give 27 North the check and signed papers.

I need someone to take over my lease because I will live with my family as I?m about to graduate end of Fall semester.

If you?re interested and want to know the process, the items you need is 3 recent consecutive paystubs that indicate that you make 2.5x the rent or a guarantor who makes 2.5x, or a cosigner. They will check your criminal background and your rental background. You also need a check to pay for the application fee, deposit and rent.
