We have a 6-bedroom, 5-bath home with independent living/family room available for rent in a modern three-story house located in a quiet Cupertino neighborhood, conveniently off I-280, Lawrence Expressway, and Stevens Creek Blvd just minutes from Apple and nearby shopping centers.

4 rooms are rented.

1 room (#2) available: $1,350/month
Spacious room (approx. 165 sf, first room picture)
Shared bathroom with one other tenant (first bathroom picture)
Furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk, closet shelves, and hanging bars
Includes individual AC/heater unit

Shared Spaces & Amenities
The living room and kitchen are shared among tenants only.
(I live on a separate floor, but we currently share the same front entrance. I mostly stay on the top floor and rarely cross paths with tenants).

The place is very new and includes a fridge, microwave, air fryer, electric range, washer/dryer, couch, TV, table, and countertops.

I'll do my best to repair or replace items if something breaks, but quick fixes can't always be guaranteed.

Utilities
Utilities typically range from $60 to $100 (so far, everyone pays $70) per month, depending mostly on electricity usage.

Rental Term
Month-to-month, but I prefer longer-term renters who plans to stay at least several months.

Ideal Tenants
We're looking for respectful, easygoing, and quiet professionals or students who do very light cooking and appreciate a clean, peaceful environment.

No drugs or smoking in or around the house.
No sleep over guest unless approved by everyone in the house.
Everyone needs to clean up themselves. $50/month will be charged for everyone if the place can't be kept clean by everyone and cleaning help need to be hired to come 2 times a month to keep the place clean.

There's no lease, any party can terminate the rental arrangement by giving 30 days notice.
