We are looking for a down to earth, no-smoking, no-pet female housemate for an upstairs vacant room. (We are no smokers and have no pet.)

Rooms is about 140 sqft and partially furnished with some basic furniture (bed frame, desk, small shelving etc.) if you want, with no additional fee. Could be fully furnished for +$50/m.
Share kitchen, living, dining. Laundry available in the garage. Two shared upstairs women’s bathrooms. Since bathrooms are shared, we are looking for a female housemate.

All utilities for normal use are included.
Plenty of street parking.
Shoes off at entrance. Participate in weekly cleaning chores.

No party. No loud music. No pet (we have no pet).
No perfume or aromatic products, foods, or smelly substances upstairs due to central heating/ventilation.
