The house is big, you have access to yard with patio and bbq, garage, kitchen, laundry. We have 2 living rooms, we use one of them so the other one is available for use for you, parking space on the driveway and free parking on the street. Very good location, quiet neighborhood, 10min walking from Cataldi park.
All utilities will be shared between all tenants.
