About You: Professional female preferred. Must be willing to undergo a background check. No additional pets, please (due to existing dog).
Details: Rent: $1800 + $150 set for half of utilities. Available: Any time after March 14th (rent will be prorated if moving in mid-month). Lease term: Until August 2025.
