This rental unit has a separate private entry, with a small fenced in courtyard. Unit is studio style set up approx. 300 sqft fully furnished with a kitchenette, in unit washer & dryer, bathroom, separate heating & AC. All basic utilities are included, with large 55” smart TV, wifi. Plenty of street parking in front of unit.

Rent is $2400 monthly, minimal stay 6 months. Security deposit $2400

• Proof of employment ID is required.
• Must have a professional job working full time outside my home.
• References required from last landlord
• Must pass background and credit check
• No pets, No drugs, No smoking, illegal substances, or No excessive alcohol, and drama-free.
• Single occupancy no overnight guest
