Modern Quiet Campbell Condo

About the home: Located in a quiet, somewhat tucked-away neighborhood in west Campbell, 7-10 mins to downtown Campbell or downtown Los Gatos. Centrally located for dining out, groceries, coffee shops, gyms, freeways, and anything else you’d like to access. The home is four level flat with plenty of space to take in, and its fully remodeled, including kitchen, baths, floors, paint, etc. Modern, high-end appliances throughout, and a great balcony for relaxing on or hanging out. Surrounded by two large lots of gardens, frequented by singing birds, which is one of the things I love about this home.

About me: I’m a loving father of a kind, creative, and super fun (and funny) 9 year old boy, who’s with me several days a week. I’m a single professional who works full-time for a company (on-site) and my own start-up in the health & wellness space (remote). I practice yoga and workout throughout the week, and lay pretty low 90% of the time. I’m an avid MTB often after work during spring and summer. I also love traveling with and without my son when work and life permits.

I’m down to earth, friendly, kind, respectful, fun, chill, and easy to get along with. I’m also very clean, organized and mostly quiet. I occasionally have family and friends over for special occasions, dinner, and summer BBQ’s. However, mostly it’s just my son and I relaxing at home and enjoying a meal ,board game, book, or movie together.

I value honesty, kindness, family time, and health-mindedness. I am seeking a housemate with a health-conscious lifestyle, someone who doesn’t smoke or do drugs, and only drinks alcohol recreationally/socially (no alcoholics!). Preferably someone who eats a healthy diet and doesn’t fry foods.

My ideal housemate would be positive, mentally and physically health-conscious, respectful, clean, and open to enjoying the occasional meal (and bottle of wine) with us and friends; or even join us in the movie room for movie night! You’d minimize visitors and overnight guests, but also comfortable enough to have them over from time to time.
