The house is currently occupied by 3 people - 1 couple (M/F), 1 M; all working professionals full time, in our mid to late 30s, and it’s a very chill environment. We’re looking for a 4th housemate (who is also working full time) in our 4 bd/2.5 ba house by first week of June (preferably June 1st).

The house is shared living, kitchen and living room is available to moderately use. Washer and dryer available.

-Single occupancy only, a full time employee
- monthly rent $870.
- PG&E and water utilities are shared and paid separately from rent (Less than $200 a month)
- Minimum 1 year lease
- We ask for first and last months rent deposit
- Shared Bathroom with 2 housemates
- Sorry! No pets allowed
- House is furnished, only bring furniture for the room
- near freeways 880&680, plenty of restaurants and close to Hmart, Ranch 99, Costco and Safeway
- Minutes away from Downtown SJ and Japantown
