There is access to Alum Rock Park trails at the end of our street.

-Shared use of the kitchen, dining, and living space.

-Balcony overlooking the hills and pond on the grounds.
-Swimming pool on-site
-Front patio with herb garden and BBQs
-Driveway parking for one regular or short-length vehicle. Additional parking at end of street for larger vehicles.
-Hard flooring throughout the house
-no overnight guests, no pets, and, no smoking allowed,
-Renting to one occupant, no couples.
-Not interested in renting to those that work from home.
-rental agreement is Month to month, but looking for long term, not short term.

The townhome community is a quiet community of families. Current owner/occupant: a single professional male in his early 40s, down-to-earth, easygoing, and respectful. He has one cat, into films, photography, woodworking, fitness, cooking, and BBQ. He is a neat and tidy person; he does a full cleaning of the house each week and has several air purifiers around. Organization and cleanliness of his home are important to him.

This may be a good fit for a commuter that works in the area and leaves on the weekends.

Costs:
-$1300/month with a $1300 security deposit. Month to Month agreement.
-Water, garbage, and internet included.
-Utilities are split.
-Cleaning of common areas is a shared responsibility.
-$40 background checks for the application process.
