Looking for a roommate for a private bedroom and shared bathroom in a single family home (3 beds/2 baths, ~1500 sf). The bedroom is 13' x 11'. Another bedroom (12' x 18') with French doors to backyard is also available at $1500. There is the option to have private bathroom instead at $1850 (i. e. one room remains empty). Open to consideration. Price negotiable.

Current tenant is a mid-twenties software engineer (nice, quiet and clean) working in San Mateo. He's looking for a roommate who is similar in terms of being a working young professional and responsible, clean and respectful of others.

Prospective tenants must be non-smokers, no drugs, no parties or loud music. No overnight guests allowed without approval.
