Looking for roommate

Hello!

I am searching for a roommate to take over my place in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in San Bruno, about 5 minutes from San Francisco International airport and walking distance to BART. There are multiple shopping locations across the street from the apartment complex- Mall, Lowe?s, Target, Best Buy, Marshall?s, etc.

The apartment itself is 1,200 sq feet, 3 bedrooms/ 2 full baths, with a large kitchen/ living room area. Washer and dryer included in unit. There is a pool, hot tub, and gym located on site, which you would have full access to and is included in the rent.

Rent is about $1450 with most utilities included, minus electric bill and internet. With everything included, you should expect to pay around $1,500 a month.

Two other roommates occupy two of the 3 bedrooms in the unit- 1 male and 1 female. They are young professionals and are looking for a roommate who fits a similar profile to them. They don?t spend much time at the apartment, due to work, gym, and exploring the City on their days off. Their schedules vary- working most weekends and some nights.
They are clean and quiet.
