Private Bed + En Suite Bath in 2bd2bth condo
Hello! I am relocating and looking for **one female** to replace me in a 2 bed, 2 bath approx. 1200 sq. ft condo in Redwood Shores/ Redwood City. Condo is absolutely beautiful and you would have the upstairs bedroom which has a balcony, en suite bathroom and huge closet space. You would also have an assigned spot in a shared garage right below the unit. Garage has additional locked storage space that would be all yours. **Your portion of rent would normally be $1900/month (plus a security deposit) but I am offering to pay $2100 - which would cover more than a month’s rent. This brings the rent down to $1600/month when spread out across the 7 remaining months of the lease. Lease ends April 2021, with option to renew.**
The condo has in-unit washer/dryer, heater and AC, dishwasher, a fireplace, and a patio. It is two floors, the first floor has living room, dining space, kitchen, laundry, two storage closets and roommate’s room. Upstairs there is a loft space and your bedroom.
Your roommate is a late-20s teacher and has the cutest, floofiest cat. Asking that you do not have any pets.
Please PM me if you are interested or have any questions! This would be for an October 1st move-in (Possibly late September)
Due to COVID precautions, would do a virtual tour for serious, interested parties after they chat with my current roommate to make sure you are a fit.
