We are all young professionals in their twenties who are fun and down to Earth (actually 31 now). We like the outdoors and would want to be able to have a good time with no drama.

We typically host house parties 3 times a year for Halloween, Friendsgiving, and Christmas to get everyone together and can have occasional game night with wine for settlers, Rummy cube, or mario party.

All room mates are clean and respectful and would expect the same from potential room mates.

The place is laid back, we usually have some tunes playing and have a gas fire pit and outdoor projector for movie nights in the summer.

Yes we have a dishwasher :) there's also an herb garden, tomatoes, corn, oranges, strawberries and blackberries in the back yard.

There is also a shed for storage, and two different attics spaces for storage.

My name is Matthew, I went to Cal Poly and then went to Australia for a couple of years to hang out after graduation. I'm respectful of my room mates and easy going and work in solar. I grew up with three sisters so know how to live with women as well.

Amy is an easy going British lass who decided to come here to get her Bachelor in Business from Menlo College. She likes to lay back and relax most of the time having a glass of wine outside by our fire pit and outdoor move theater. Amy and Matthew also travel a lot together including Thailand, India, Cuba, Bahamas, Spain, and England. Amy is a horse trainer.

The landlord very rarely comes by unless we need something fixed.

We have two dogs named Luna. Luna is very laid back submissive dog and is a younger dog with an old soul. We keep her in the sun room gated off from the main part of the house (the pic with the computer monitor) and in the back yard. You can see the sun run photo where she usually is.
Louie is also at the house, so please make sure you like dogs if you apply.

We have a cleaner who comes once a month. The common area is furnished.

$1000 deposit.

The lease would be thru September 1, 2021. The current room mate is looking to move out Dec 15, but can do Jan 1 if needed.
