Couple Seeks Roommate in 2 Bdrm RWC Apt w/ Terrace

My husband and I are looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom inside our apartment. The entire apartment was refurbished this past year and feels brand new. We value a clean, tidy, and respectful roommate who enjoys the company of others.

The apartment is approximately 2,000 sq ft and includes a large terrace. You would have your own bathroom and a closet inside your bedroom. Our apartment comes with a separate storage unit that you are welcome to store things in, as well. The room (and apartment) is fully furnished. In addition to the rent payment, we would split the utility bills three-ways. We are responsible for gas, internet, and cable. Trash pickup and water are included.

We have a 14-week old kitten and she's the sweetest thing ever. She loves people and will try to sleep on you. :)

Our landlord requires that our roommate pass a background check and submits their last three pay stubs for proof of employment. The first month's rent and a security deposit of $2250 are required at signing.
