Our home is a 3bed/ 2bath rancher near the crossroads of 92&101. My friend's family has owned the home for 50 years and have recently moved out of state, leaving me to be the property manager of his 1/3 acre lot. Female, 28+ preferred, but not required. No couples. Must be employed, responsible, mature and clean. Would be sharing the home with 2 hard working women, 35 and 41, who do not want to live in a party house. That being said, we enjoy our wine- . Extensive work is currently being done on the property. Including fixing the foundation, new windows, upgraded electric, freshly exposed original hardwood floors and new paint. A new deck, garden beds and pergola are being built in the backyard, which has 2 outbuildings, one with power, and the RV pad was just finished. The house is 1460 sq ft (furnished), and the bedroom is just shy of 10'x12' (unfurnished). There is no AC, but the rooms have ceiling fans and there is a working fireplace in the living room. Off street parking, laundry & garage storage available. $1500 + utilities. Must love cats.
