Private Room:

- $1050.00 monthly rent w/ $1050.00 deposit, 6-month commitment, utilities are split 4 ways between the roommates and are about $30.00/month.

- Move in date: November 1st

- Single bedroom, unfurnished, offered in a 3 bdrm/1.5 bath townhouse.

- One couple living in master bedroom and a female living in the 2nd room

- Washer and Dryer in unit

- Fast access to route 92 and the 101 freeways.

- Safeway, TraderJoes, Target, Costco, Marshalls, Ross, Hillsdale Mall, and Downtown SM are all less than 5 min away.

About us:

Roommate #1: A 29 year old, Bay Area native, working professional who works for a local elected official. She loves politics (but isn't annoying about it), spends her weekends at her family's house in the East Bay, or out with friends, has a love of comics, the outdoors, photography, current events, and goes to the gym as often as she can force herself to.

Rommate #2: 29 year old working professional from Los Angeles who works in the medical field. He enjoys running, visiting family in LA, hiking, discussing current events, loves hot sauce, and generally likes exploring the Bay Area.

Rommate #3: 28 year old, also working professional, who works in San Jose. She enjoys hiking, running, and generally spending time with friends and family. She and roommate #3 are a couple sharing one big room.

We generally are friends and socialize in the home, but also have separate and active social lives. Basically we bring friends over and can all hang out together and have a great time but lead our own lives. We are very respectful of each other, always give a heads up if we are inviting friends over or are thinking of hosting a small get together, and help each other out generally when we can. When tough things come up, we have a chill meeting with a beer and talk it out. It keeps us all respectful of each other and accountable which has made for a very happy home. We have used a chore chart in the past but at the moment, have been surviving well without one. We hope this continues! :-)

Who we are looking for:

- Working professional

- Someone mid-twenties to early thirties preferred

- Someone who doesn't lock themselves in their room all weekend trying to avoid the other roommates

- Friendly, respectful, and highly communicative

- Cleans up after themselves in common areas (FYI dishes are not to be left in the sink longer than 24 hours.)

- No constant overnight guests

- GUESTS (family and close friends) only on occasion; no strangers please....

- NO pets allowed
