Looking for someone, male or female, to rent one bedroom in an exceptional 3 bedroom house. The room is unfurnished, doesn't share walls with any other bedrooms or bathrooms, and has an amazing closet with built-in shelving and plenty of space. The room also has two big windows which means you will get lots of natural light. The entire house, including your bedroom, has hardwood floors. You will share a luxurious bathroom with one other housemate, "A". It's all marble, detached shower, Jacuzzi tub and skylights, it's more like sharing a spa.

The rest of the house comes with a host of almost unbelievable amenities. As you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by a charming living room that has been lovingly furnished and decorated, but that doesn't mean there isn't necessarily room for your things as well. Onto the kitchen, which has two (yes, two) attached stainless steel refrigerators and freezers, a double convection oven, a dishwasher, and six gas burners on the stove. The kitchen is also partially furnished with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, dishes, knives, and appliances. Sharing of common household items can be an option. The kitchen opens up onto the spacious backyard which includes a deck, multiple lemon trees, patio furniture, planter boxes, a fire pit, and even an outdoor movie setup! There is also a HE washer and dryer that will be shared with the other two housemates. Finally, you will be able to park your car in the driveway and you will have access to the garage for storage.

As if that wasn't enough, the house is walking distance to a well-stocked grocery store, restaurants, cafes and a bar where everyone really does know your name, even if you've only been once or twice. Sound too good to be true? Wait until you meet the neighbors, they are constantly giving us things to eat. Last week it was truffle popcorn and chocolate chip cookies. All of this can be yours for $1555/mo, utilities included (water, heat, garbage, sewage, electricity, internet and cable with HBO). It's available Sep 1 for a one-year lease, move-in expenses are first month's rent, plus a $1633 (fully refundable barring any damage) security deposit.
