Large room in this large 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with a great view of the bay!

You will be living with 4 housemates in their late 20s (2 people in the
Master Bedroom), and sharing a huge double-sink bathroom. We are looking for a clean, professional, and courteous person to join us!
(no couples/pets please)

Room Available starting September 15
Rent: $1280/month
12? x 15? with a built-in closet
The room comfortably fits a queen size bed, dresser, desk, and other storage. Two windows, one facing the sunrise in the morning!
Deposit (security + last month): $2560

1-year lease with possibility to extend
Utilities + internet usually runs about $100/month per person

Housemates:
(Liz and Morgan share the master bedroom)
- Morgan: 29 years old, loves to snowboard, play video games, and watch soccer on the weekends.
- Liz: 25 years old, is much better than Morgan at skiing, but terrible at video games. She?s away white-water rafting in Idaho as this is being written, so Morgan gets to write her bio. Also likes to watch soccer on the weekends.
- Anmol: 26, works in software, loves to read, bike and hike around the neighborhood.
-Carolyn: 26, works at Arcterra, enjoys hiking and watching tv shows
About you:
-Stable income
-Open and honest communicator. We don?t care for passive aggressive behavior and/or drama
-Clean, especially in the common areas. No dishes left in the sink for days at a time. Tidy up after yourself in living room, porch, etc.
-Willing to participate in weekly rotations to clean bathrooms and clean kitchen/ taking out the trash (about once every 3 weeks)
-No hard drugs in the house
-Looking for a place to call home and have a good relationship with your housemates
