I'm looking for a male or female professional to rent one bedroom fully furnished as shown with shared bath in Downtown Redwood City for approximately 8 mos for $1,500/mo including all utilities. There is a small sitting area off the kitchen, which will soon have a table, chairs, couch and TV (free using my Netflix account). The apartment is within walking distance (0.4-0.7mi) to the movie theater, Fox theater, Philz coffee, Starbucks, several restaurants, many bars, outdoor bands & events and Caltrain.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared. One parking space is provided. There is a small patio and a small storage area available.

Looking for a professional, easygoing, who is friendly and reasonably clean and organized.

I'm female, work days, about 8-4pm and in the evenings and weekends like to be outside hiking, socializing, going to movies, etc.

Open House Tuesday, August 8 from 3pm - 7pm or text me info about yourself to set up another time. Marshall St, Redwood City. Park on the street if possible.
