Seeking Fun, Outgoing, Roommate

Living Room (The table is usually in the kitchen but we moved it for cleaning)

I am currently about to leave the best roommate I have ever had and I want to help her find a new one! Joyce is awesome and super easy going. Not to mention the house itself is wonderful! Its located off the main drag so there is walking access to lots of food and coffee as well as a market for last minute grocery needs. The house has a long driveway for several cars and there is usually parking on the street. The house is 3 bedrooms 1 bath with a large and adorable kitchen, a beautiful living room with lots of sun, and there is a laundry room right off the kitchen. Both rooms are a great size with plenty of closet space. Joyce has a small adorable dog named DJ who can cure any bad day but he also respect's privacy and won't come in your room if you don't want him too. There is also a mostly outdoor cat named Bleet and she probably won't want much to do with you unless she is asserting her dominance over the dog then she might ask for pets. This house really is a steal and I am sad to have to leave because Joyce is great!
