I am an open-minded and internationally connected woman with an amazing home in the safest area of the city in San Francisco. I am looking for respectful people that need a stepping solid ground to grow and adapt in the city. Blessed with getting by in 9 languages am able to have a wider vision and point of views on issues than the average person. My rates are a third of my area paying forward all I constantly receive. Having being an international host-mom with over 25 years of experience, I have strict house rules to ensure a quiet, clean, organize harmonious living and restful sleep.
Every room is private and for a single person, furnished -working table, a lamp and a chair- internet access and daily 3 shared clean bathrooms and parking included.

Our bright, safe and clean home's most important rules are
- COVID vaccine mandatory,
- there are no shoes,
- no lock bedroom once you leave,
- MUST wear a masks for check in
- we have a kitchenette with all basic needs, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave. Scheduled cooking.
- no visitors, family or friends ever allowed under NO circumstances;
- silence between 8:00pm and 10am in bedroom (have a private space available)
- we ask to take one shower a day as short as possible,
- due to allergies no pets are allowed at any time,
- anyone with any need, including sleeping machines or as minimal as they are, must consult ahead of time,
- slight hills on the way home so kindly consider this before booking with us,
- San Francisco tenancy agreement signature required, letter of recommendation, credit report, first month, last month and security deposit are the moving in costs that must be paid in full ahead of time.
