Private Quiet Clean Safe Jungle Home W/Ocean View
My home, my sanctuary if 30 years is more than precious and requires highly respectful working or full time students exclusively. This makes it suitable for extremely few people, my house rules changed to a maximum of security and severity due to Covid do as everything else changed, this is no exception.
My ship was always been ran tightly none the less.
My rates are a third of what they should be as my interest is to find working people that are team players and are interested in respecting my home as the most precious thing. Therefore, make sure that the inexpensive rate doesn’t give you any wrong ideas.
Your bedroom will be given to you impeccably clean and so will the bathroom that you will be assigned to use according to the level of my bedroom you will rent. I have a very large-divine self designed/remodeled home.
I emphasize the word *‼️HOME‼️* For you to grasp what this represents. It is NOTHING nothing at all like a hotel, hostel, dorm, et al, just like I emphasize that you’re renting *one bedroom* and we expect you to know your place in the world as well as your place in our sanctuary otherwise don’t even consider us.
No service, babysitting, demands, needs, emergencies OR ANY PERSONAL thing if YOURS He’s welcome to affect us in any shape or form and if you break this rule three times in a row you will be asked to leave. You have to sign my house rules agreeing to this there are no legal claims here it’s all out in the open very crystal clear to avoid any misunderstandings. Otherwise, your choice is EASY: go somewhere else as there’s billions of places with easy, relax, etc rules, certainly not in my home!!!!
The fact that you’re renting a room in my home doesn’t give you any entitlements. It wouldn’t give you an entitlement even if I were to charge the $9750 monthly rates that they charge around the area where I live. NOT EVEN THEN! I don’t do this for the money but to bless others the way that God constantly blesses me and saves me.
Our well set up bedrooms:
- to work well: good table, comfortable chair and good lighting;
- to live well: good mattress and bedding,
- to park easily: free parking guaranteed outside the door;
- to be well: quiet, private and environmental friendly home, filled with dozens of plants and trees,
-pure and clean air;
- best security: one of the safest areas in the city of San Francisco;
- easy access: 15-20' away from most places including the airport;
- to feel spoiled: ocean view, spectacular sunsets, jungle-museum-home with three stories high trees, plants growing 30 years amongst art and treasures from around the world🙏💖
-ALL COVID AND OTHER vaccines providing original stamped certificates

No shoes, no pets of any kind.
No family, no friends or visitors ever under no circumstances, not even during an emergency.
No party, loud voices, usage of headphones in any common space at any given time,
Must wear a mask 100% of the time since before you open my main door and before you open the door of your bedroom, bathroom usage included.
No weapons or any kind
No smoking anywhere inside, outside or near 100 feet of my home,
No drugs of any kind, not even marijuana or if you use if for medical reasons, if that were the case my home IS NOT FOR YOU.

No hanging out outside my door by the main door
No talking out loud from the moment you arrive to my entrance,
No candles, or anything that can put our home in jeopardy
No lock home once you leave the bedroom.
Maximum-security home with cameras in all entrance/exit, common spaces and main stairs;
No cooking at all, small fridge, microwave and kettle exclusively,
There is a slight hill to and from our home so consider this carefully
It is 4floor home and even though we have three shared bathrooms for your usage -out of of five we are blessed with- if could be that you’ll have to go one flood up or down to use it, including in the middle of the night.
As most wooden homes in San Francisco, there's little soundproofing so silence is expected from 8pm until 9:30 in the morning.

"BE WARNED! Lulu is PHENOMENAL!! Haha! She has a mother’s heart for each and every guest that she’s graciously opened her home up to. When you walk in at the end of a busy San Fran adventure, you feel at home. Also, you cannot get more secure of a home than LuLus. She runs a very tight ship to make sure everyone has the utmost feeling of tranquility. In order to maintain this, you will be expected to get on board with the house rules immediately. It sounds intimidating, but it really isn’t. Learn the codes, never have shoes on in the house, leave things just as you found them, and conserve water (admittedly was the hardest part for me lol), and you’ll have a tranquil space to call home. It’s a lovely lens that she lives life through, and I guarantee you’ll leave her home having learned some beautiful life lessons as well as having had the opportunity to rest your head in her sanctuary or a home. "I have been to San Fransisco many times in Airbnb's, but this place is far and away the best stay I have ever had. I am almost tempted to not write a review so that I can keep the secret for myself. It is a beautiful home in a prime location right next to the train and in a beautiful neighborhood. The home is placed on the edge of the hill giving all the bedrooms a fantastic view. Also there is a park right outside. Lulu is the sweetest and most helpful host I have ever had. Be kind and respectful enough to follow her very reasonable house rules and you will have an amazing time. Simply cannot beat the value of this place and what you get for the price. I hope to be back soon!"

"I came to SF as a student in software engineering trying to kickstart my career. Lulu has been my SF mom over the past four months, cooking delicious dinners, sharing our ups and downs in life, and caring for me as a person. SF is an incredibly expensive city to live in and I am glad I was able to find a place I could call home for a reasonable price in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. Without such a safe, quiet, and comfortable room to return to every night after school, I believe I would have been far more stressed out than I was. Lulu goes to great lengths to keep the entire house pristine so as guests, we can always enjoy a clean space. Guests from all over the world (Argentina, Germany, China, and India just to name a few) and all walks of life stop by this house and share their stories at the dinner table, which is one of my favorite parts about living at the house. I have been able to make several good friends at Lulu's house and tons more connections. My room is pretty spacious for one person, with a queen-sized bed, large desk, and big closet with lots of compartments for storing belongings in addition to hanger space. And there is still enough room for me to lay out a yoga mat and stretch! West Portal Avenue/Muni Station is a 10 minute walk away. You can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops there. The muni station has three different lines that can take you to downtown, which is quite convenient. Staying at Lulu's house is a truly wonderful experience if you are visiting SF."

"My co-workers were totally jealous! They about died when they found out where I was staying, how great the location was, and the fantastic host, price, etc. I was traveling on business and needed a quiet, calm place to go back to after long days. (Also, I had to do a little more work at night as well.) The house was so clean and in a very safe neighborhood that is GORGEOUS!!! The bed was extremely comfortable. I traveled into the heart of the city door to door in about 20/25 minutes making this EXTREMELY convenient. I felt totally safe walking to the station through one of the best and most gorgeous neighborhoods in the city. There's even a little park next to the house where you can sit and look out at a fountain! I slept so well, and it was the perfect quiet place for me to come home to after very long days of work. Oh - breakfast is simple such as bread/toast. So if you're looking for a more hearty breakfast, it's just a short and quite convenient (Maybe 6 or 7 minutes tops if you're a fast walker?) walk to several great restaurants near the MUNI station. The host was AWESOME - perfect and simple directions to MUNI (short walk), very quick to respond, kind, and helped me figure out navigating the city/whether or not I should get a rental for driving in, etc. Her son met me at the house to check me in, and walked me through everything. The rules are totally not hard (just put a note in your phone for security codes), and they had perfect directions to MUNI that were very easy to follow. Do yourself a favor and stay here!"

"Lulu is the best. I wasn't sure what to expect because of how many rules there were on the Airbnb posting. But, upon reading them, I found them reasonable - especially in the context of the Airbnb being in her home dwelling. Basically, leave things as clean as you found them, respect others' privacy, and keep the house safe.
When I arrived, I was greeted immediately with a warm smile, open arms and a hug and, 'Welcome home, sweetie! I'm happy you made it safe!' Lulu is trusting, loving, friendly, caring, and also fiery when the situation calls for it. I was traveling alone which makes me feel vulnerable, and Lulu helped me feel safe with her hospitality. And! she encouraged me to take chances and actively seek what I want out of life. Just, good all around.
The place is clean and beautiful - the house has incredible views of San Francisco, TONS of plants and art. Lots of vibes. The neighborhood is also beautiful - just about every house there has a garden with huge succulents, weird Dr. Seuss plants, and even lemon and lime trees! There's a jasmine tree two doors down from Lulu's house that I enjoyed sniffing as I walked past every day.
I'd recommend any loved one stay there, so they could meet Lulu, who is a badass, and explore SF from a safe home base. The hype is real - you will not regret staying here."
