1-bedroom available Oct 1 in 3 bedroom 2 bath cond

Hello everyone!
My roommate and I are looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo by October 2020. The condo is located on Geneva and Carter street across from the cow palace. The condo is in a secure gated community and offers a parking spot in the complex. We are 10 min Uber or 15 min bus ride to Balboa Bart, the 101 and 280 are about 5 min drive down the road. SFO airport is 15 min away, we have a good back root through Brisbane that cuts through traffic! The number 8, 8BX and the 9 bus are all 3 min walk from Condo! Grocery outlet, Safeway, Walgreens Post office and tons of restaurants are all 1/2 a mile to 1 mile from the complex. Mclauren Park is 5 min walk with amazing hiking trails and sights! There is a free shuttle bus from the condo to Balboa Bart station. We are 10 min drive to San Mateo county and Brisbane, offering hair and nail salon and barbershop openings!

The room itself is 1200 per month utilities are separate, internet which is 20$ and PGE ranges from 30-50$ a month depending on usage. There is a deposit of 1200$ but just first month and deposit are required when move in. If you have a car this is a dream room it comes with a designated spot in the gated complex. The open room is 11x11 with a large closet and private window, the bedroom stays fairly dark as we are on the bottom floor of the complex. The double sided closet is large with storage above as well as additional storage in the hall way. The room is non smoking ! You will be sharing a bathroom with one male, but the bathroom is very clean, don?t be scared!

Other amenities of the house include washer and dryer in unit, dish washer in the kitchen, fireplace, large open living room and kitchen with eat in bar. Multiple closet storage throughout the condo as well as a back deck with BBQ and couch for lounging and smoking . The whole condo is 1300 square feet so it?s large and allows all occupants to have private time.

A little about the current two roommates, Natalie is a 33 year old black female who works as a logistics admin in the design district of SF. She is working from home 2 days a week and going into the office 2 days a week. Chris is a 28 year old white male who is a bakery manager and cake decorator in the bay. We are very LGBTQ friendly as Natalie is bisexual and Chris is a gay man. We have two adorable cats Artichoke and Nickles, they are very friendly boys who love to sleep all day, and get all the pets. We enjoy cooking at home, hanging out and watching movies, Netflix or just relaxing on the deck listening to music. We are looking for any person to move in no matter what color, race, age or gender identification, just as long as the energy is positive! We also please ask no couples as we are only allowed three persons in the condo.

UTILITIES: Internet is $20
PGE is about $40-60 a month depending on usage
