About the apartment:
- A spacious 3br/2ba on the western edge of Noe Valley with a lovely view of the bay and downtown
- One bedroom is occupied by me (hi lol) and the other is a shared home office space
- The open bedroom is ~12.5ft x 11ft with a closet, a private bathroom just across the hall, and a dedicated linen closet in the hallway
- Garage (currently used just for storage) and free street parking, convenient for anyone with a car
- Dishwasher
- On-site coin laundry, shared with two other units
- Ample storage space
- Wet bar and gas fireplace
- Apartment is a block away from the 35 bus (and a longer walk from the 24)
- Shared living spaces are already furnished, but the open bedroom is not

About me:
- I'm a gay man in my mid-30s looking for a new roommate planning to live here at least 1 year
- My previous roommate is moving out after nearly 7 years to get his own place, so there is reasonable evidence I'm not insane or terrible to live with
- I'm fairly tidy and quiet at home, and I'm looking for someone with a similar living style (but still with flexibility to host friends and gatherings from time to time)
- Ideal roommate relationship can fall anywhere on the spectrum of "friendly acquaintances" to "actual friends". But I promise I won't force you to eat dinner with me lol

About the area:
- Pretty quiet block on the edge of Noe Valley (or Upper Market? Google Maps doesn't seem to know which neighborhood this counts as, but it's definitely down the cliff from Market Street)
- About a 5-minute walk from the nearest coffee shop
- About a 10-minute walk from nearby restaurants
