We have a beautiful four-bedroom home in Twin Peaks, but work has us splitting time between San Francisco and Los Angeles. LA has become our primary base, so in 2026 we’ll be spending most of our time there—meaning our SF home now has two or three bedrooms available for the right people.

The house is fantastic: stylishly furnished, washer/dryer, 2-car garage plus easy street parking, MUNI on the corner, and about a $12 Uber to Castro Station. Great kitchen, sunny mornings, foggy evenings, a peaceful backyard with a grill, tons of storage, and a quiet location tucked under Sutro Tower.

We’re looking for responsible, professional roommates—easygoing, independent, respectful of shared spaces, and fun to live with. Here are the available rooms:

Master Suite (Private Bath)
Spacious, huge closet, room for bed + desk/lounge area, private tub/shower combo

Large Bedroom (Shared Bath)
Big, bright room with a view, fits a queen + desk
≈ $1,850/mo

Small Bedroom (Shared Bath)
Cozy, quiet, fits a queen + nightstand; mounted flatscreen included
≈ $1,550/mo

Rent includes all utilities (power/gas/water/garbage), ultra-fast WiFi, and most streaming services. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Garage spot available as well.

We’re two gay men and prefer LGBTQ+-friendly roommates (of any background). The most important thing to us is the right vibe—cool, professional, considerate people who want a harmonious living situation. Available anytime. Short- or long-term possible. Minimum 3-month stay.
