Private bedroom, +bathroom on a 2 bedrooms 2 baths

It's a beautiful, peaceful, safe, and in the middle of San Francisco.
There are two fulls bathrooms but none of them are onsuite.
There's a nice balcony with bar height chairs and heater.
The room has a big window that faces the street. The room is unfurnished but there are 2 dresses and a night stand. Its up to the roommate if wants to use them. If not they'll go to the garage or donation.
We get the sunrise inthe living room and dining room and the sunset in the bedrooms.

The building is pretty quiet.
There's laundry in the building and plenty of street parking.
