About the House
We’re a co-ed household of four: two guys, two women — one is a married couple who are only here part-time. The other roommate is a fitness trainer with an elderly chihuahua, so if you have a dog, we’d need to do a pet intro to ensure everyone (including the pup) is comfortable. I’m retired and just do random things.

Shared Spaces
You’d share a full bathroom with three people, but we also have a downstairs half bath for flexibility. The house is furnished (except for your room) and the kitchen is fully stocked to meet your cooking needs. You’ll get your own pantry and shared fridge space. Just clean up after yourself, and we’re good!

Vibe & Expectations
We’re all in our late 40s and 50s, pretty chill, not a party house, but we do enjoy the occasional hangout. You don’t have to be best friends with everyone — just be respectful, pay rent on time, and clean up after yourself. Guests are fine (even overnight), just need notification to all the roommates via text. If someone’s staying longer or needs a key, we will need to talk about that to ensure a visit doesn’t disrupt the household.

The Lease & Approval Process
This is a legal sublet through the Treasure Island property management. All tenants must be approved via a criminal background check (required by the front office). That process usually takes a few days and is dependent on where you have lived and how fast they get that info back.
