Roommate needed

Hello! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with in unit laundry. I am looking for someone to fill the second bedroom. The unit is on the corner of the building and has a balcony. Its very spacious and has tons of natural light. The main living area will be furnished so you will only need to furnish your own bedroom. I can send photos in a DM if interested.

Location is 50 Jones, right next to the bart and muni station in the heart of the city. If you work in FiDi like myself, this Location is super convenient!
A little about me, I am a residential designer here in San Fransisco. I am a pretty social person who likes to go out a couple days a week, and occasionally have friends over. I am a very clean and organized person and like to keep my space looking good. I have a no shoes in the house policy and would like a roommate who agrees with that.
Total rent is $4196. But For the first 18 months I received two months free, so the rent would actually be less (~$3730)
I would be paying $2200 (~$1960 after concessions)
You would pay $1996 (~$1770 after concessions)
