Female is prefer as you be sharing the common area with another female in her 20/30's. She has her own room and her own 2nd bathroom.
The entrance to the ground floor space is separated from upstairs. There're just the two of you sharing the ground floor space. Prefer someone non-smoking, quiet, and no pets. Room is unfurnished. There's no living room, but washer/dryer, and small cooking area is available. Internet is available.

Public transportation is within walking distance. We're by the beach and Golden Gate Park.

Rent is $1,250 per month. Security Deposit is $1,250 to move in. Utility is separate, split.

Income verification and Government issued I. D. required for verification purpose.
