Lovely rooms, spacious house

.I have a room available in our big 4-story house in the southwestish part of SF, four blocks north of City College. The space is quiet; there’s a hot tub, a large garden, a park across the street with basketball and tennis courts, Safeway around the corner and friendly diverse housemates. BART is a ten-minute walk; buses are also close by. I have one senior dog, a couple of rabbits and a few parrots. The room would be $1200 including all utilities; shared bathroom; washer /dryer downstairs and shared common areas.
I play piano and accordion and have musician friends over once in a while to play music together. I work as a garden and science teacher and real estate photographer (hence the fancy photos of the house...).
The room is very sunny and has a built-in dresser, closet and shelves; there is a bed with new mattress, desk and comfy chair. Short term rentals are fine.
I don't generally have preferences on what a housemate has to be. What's most important is that you can get along with me and the other housemates, who you may not see too much of. Very non-aggressive dogs are welcome. Cats unfortunately aren't--kitty allegies.
